My name is Michael Van Hoesen. I am the owner of MV Computer Help, a local Tucson based computer repair business.

I provide reliable, honest, and personable computer repair, support, and related services at a fair and ethical price. I do not charge for travel time and I offer free diagnostics.

I understand that communication and customer service are as important as fixing a problem. I also understand that you need your computer to just work. I promise not to sell you things you don’t need and I promise to clearly explain what is going on with your computer and what we need to do to fix it.

I am a Microsoft Certified Computer Technician with fifteen years of “hands on” experience professionally maintaining, repairing, and supporting computer systems and networks. I also hold CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification. In this field, certifications and professional accreditation matter.

In addition to fixing computers and helping people use them, I provide expert help with all aspects of QuickBooks - from basic setup to configuring network access for multiple users and computers. Prior to starting my business four years ago, I spent seven years working at Intuit - professionally supporting QuickBooks.

I am licensed and insured. I have continuously had a City of Tucson business license under the name "MV Computer Help" for four years.

You will not be disappointed - I will see to it personally. I do all of the work myself, so you will always work with me, a person who has a vested interest in fixing the problem right and making sure that you are completely satisfied.
